Noah Whiteford

(Owner, Technician)
“People and Relationships are the most important resource of our business.”

Noah has nearly two decades of dental technology experience. With a thirst for dental knowledge, he has focused on implant restorations for nearly his entire career. He has given lectures and demonstrations on dental implantology, attended dozens of continuing education courses across the United States and is often invited chairside for record taking, temporization, conversion, and final delivery. Noah has had the opportunity to work with some of dentistry’s brightest minds and applies those techniques to every case he touches.

In 2017, he and Dave opened the doors to Whiteford Dental Laboratory with the idea of doing what they love, only better. With a firm belief that a successful Laboratory / Doctor partnership can only be built upon honest communications, he strives to become personally involved in every case, with the priority being the patients’ prosthetic needs. The foundations of his ethic can be found in the lab motto:

“Trust • Communication • Reliability”.

Dave Vining

(Owner, Technician)

Dave has over 20 years of experience in dental technology. As owner of the laboratory he also runs our marketing and logistics.

Trish - Lead Ceramist

Hello I have been in the dental laboratory since my sophomore year of high school. That is almost 3 decades of experience, and I am still my toughest critic and learning every day something new. My goal is to make the patient the happiest once they smile at the dentist and thank them for a wonderful new smile. Thank you, Tricia McCarville

Alex - CAD Technician

Alex is a graduate of Batavia High School. He started in the lab in 2021,quickly gaining experience & knowledge in dental technology. Now the lead technician in our CAD department, operating our mill, printer, and design software.

When not working in the lab, Alex enjoys mixed martial arts and cooking for his friends.

Becca - Ceramic Technician

Becca is a graduate of Batavia High School. She gained experience in the dental field as a dental assistant for 2 years before she joined Whiteford Dental in 2022. Having worked with patients in a clinical capacity, she has really taken to the laboratory aspect of creating smiles for people.

Liz - Office Manager

Elizabeth joined the team in 2022 as our Office Manager. With her degree of Medical Administrative Assistant, she helps run the office and keeps everything organized for each patient. She is the friendly voice you’ll hear when you call and will strive to help you in any way possible. Outside of the lab, she is a mother of two children, Brielle and Damian. Her daughter Brielle calls what we do “toof science.” She also likes doing things outdoors, crafts like crochet and cross-stitch. She is also a volunteer firefighter with her hometown fire department.

Judy - Delivery Driver

Retired after 30 years of Civil Service, Judy drives part time for us from May to December. She is a very proud Mother, Grandmother, and Great Grandmother.

She enjoys Golf, Pickle Ball, Shuffle Board, and avoiding the coldest months of Western NY in Florida.
